• Start Small
o Do you want to exercise more? Start by going to the gym a few days out of the week.
• One Step At a Time
o Just because it’s a new year doesn’t mean you have to reinvent yourself. Find one thing about yourself to change.
• Share Your Resolution
o If you feel that you may not be able to stick to your resolution alone, find a partner or a group to help you stay on track.
• Don’t Be Hard On Yourself
o Remember that no one is perfect. Don’t give up because you didn’t stick to your diet or didn’t go to the gym. Everyone has their ups and downs.
